No. We use Muay Thai to get you in shape! Every session is scaled to your current fitness level, and the focus is on steady progress, not perfection.
Absolutely not. These sessions are focused on technical skill, pad work, and conditioning. There is no sparring involved in these sessions.
Comfortable athletic wear (shorts and a T-shirt). We train barefoot on the mats.
Not for your first few sessions. I provide clean, sanitized gloves and hand wraps for you to use. Once you decide to train long-term, I can help you pick out your own equipment.
